Coil Pack Question

Can anyone tell me the most effective way to test and see if my coil packs are causing my car to misfire? What else could be causing my car to misfire? And, why on earth do I have poor fuel consumption because its running rich? And is this caused by the misfires or coil packs?

Put all tha air hoses back on but leaving off the ornament cover so u can still access tha coils once tha car is running

And start with #1 coil... (with car running) unplug the connector u should hear it start to miss. not that one... plug it back up and go to #2 do same thing! when there is NO change when u unplug a coil u know that that is tha bad coil!

Although... have u checked your timing and is your idle ok?
