Fucking well put this on ur calander cause lets get the exa count over 4 for once.

Suggestions of places to go, cruise, drag, place them here so I can plan it.

I say stuff going through traffic lights, that bit near scarborough was hell last cruise. We should do the original course we had for the 2nd perth cruise. Down near kalamunda. Open roads, no pigs =)

Taint should come so we have his scanner so don't have to worry bout pigs.

It's open on Sundays but there are cars there as the movies are up the top. But at the far end it's not busy.

Jason, so they say they couldn't find anything wrong with it? Thats excelent. I will find you a contact number of someone that does ca18det to sr20det transpants to silvias, he may do nissan exa. I heard a fwd ca18det will fit. I will do this conversion quite soon, I think i wil respray my car first and tint it. A CA16de isn't too fast, you may just think it used to faster. Do some mods like pod filter, better sparkplugs, exhaust and then see. You can always do CA18det after.

exit off great eastern highway into burswood and turn right at the roundabout. Meet in the carpark there.

At least everyone knows where that is. Well Quikshift think of Shard and MIke from Joondalup. Thats like 20 mins drive on a freeway from perth. They turn up.

No one can complain about this location as it is practically the cbd and that is the center of perth.

Its free parking on the weekends, and almost guaranteed to be empty on a saturday or sunday. Its also nice and close to everything.

If we're gonna meet up there then we can meet at carousel roof carpark. Good for photos. Actually i gotts develop the ones from the last cruise aye. but markets close at 1 i think so ll is pushing it we'd have to meet up at around 10 then. Look just suggest some meeting places. Mt lawley campus is good but everyone has to agree.

Enter off from Kingspark road and as you pass the city views on your left and a big ass speed hump u get to a roundabout. Go straight and then left at the next intersection. Drive along and after you pass a carpark on your right there will be a road on your right and you will see a big ass tower, we'll meet there. Get out your Mapbook otherwise.

Ok heres the cruise details.

Meet at Kingspark (DNA Tower) at 11:00am on may 4th.

chuck a right onto forrest drive and then a left on park ave.

left at poole avenue then left at winthrop avenue.

left at mounts bay road and drive along watching for speed cameras that are always here.

at roundabout go straight and follow onto kwinana fwy south.

Exit at leach hwy left at lights along highway.

Cruise along leach until tonkin highway.

right at tonkin.

left at roe highway.

left at great eastern highway.

left at second round about. (meadow street)

right at lights after crossing railway.

right on colier road.

left at walter road.

stop at mcdonalds for lunch.



Whatyall think? Its simple but long and lots of fast roads. No stupid lights.

Cheers taint, i'll have a look. They're probably RWD and I need FWD. A dude in the US is fitting a RWD CA18det in his exa with very little extra work and apparently the rwd has more kW.

I'll see what happens. At the moment im tossing up between bodykit and respray or ca18det, intercooler, bov, boost gauge, bleed vavie, HD clutch, 3" exhaust etc.

Hmmm, I know which one will make my exa worth close to the $10,000 mark. A close to 180kW ca18det car for under $10,000, should sell nice and quick. And whats a car with all show and no go. lol.

i'll tell ya honestly if i ever get another car resprayed its definately not going to be black. i was even considering getting mine resprayed canary yellow. but then i saw that 2 tone yellow/black N12 and didn't wanna rip off his idea, and its easier staying black and just washing it every now and then.

well originally i wanted to get it sprayed that metallic WRX blue cause of my shitty gold rims. but i ended up going gloss black cause it would of been like a 1/3 of the price. and the car started out partially black.

I like black cars, exas with dark tint and black paint look real nice, just look at missexas. Hers is sweet. Either that or im doing it that red that HSVs come out in or the red that honda jazz's come in. Either way i'll do the inside of the doors and the car for $1200 in 2 pac. Paint has a 6 year warranty. Nah wrxs are fuckin shit. Dont make ur exa look like a wrx. Nissan and toyota all the way dudes. Suburu and shitsubishi suck.

yeh exas gonna be my project for awhile unless i get my hq premier ute or i can find a 69 mustang shell to do up... *drool* old mustangs.

i've fallen for the shape and unique look of the N12. and besides its got such potential to be a pocket rocket. so far in my little thing i've blown a couple of lancers, did a silvia last week on way to work and i've even given a couple of commodores a run. so its definately got me hooked. and to think im pretty much a stock 1.5L engine. although the little girl likes to make a lot of noise redling so low at 7grand :)

Yeah those little N12s are quick fuckers. theres a real fast one in joondalup i've seen. It's a hell sleeper, bad paint, etc but runs low 14secs. Might do that with my exa, pile a couple of grand into the motor. Hey n12s are FWD aren't they? Do they weight more that a N13 u think?

yeh the N12 is light as! mines bloody tinny as anything. with 1 finger you could dent the boot its that thin same with the roof and to an extent the bonnet. the bonnets a tiny bit thicker. everyone whos seen my car agrees its light as all fuck and will fly if i do everything i want to it. i wanna get 11s out of it but thats like a 4 year stage plan. thats without "nos" but i think i'd kill myself with nitrous
