can some of the mods please clean up the exa aus threads most of them are 3 pages long and maybe start a new one with define details etc? just makes things a little easier

yeah. i'm dead keen on going and i think the orgainisers have had heaps of time to get the ball rolling. but i wouldn't have a clue what the go is.

where are we staying, dates, times, locations, event agenda, etc.
