Jail Time 2!

I don't know if anyone remembers but about 2 weeks ago I was arrested or should I say "detained" for self defense of my car. Prick was jacking it and I beat him up pretty god blah blah I'm in trouble blah blah......ya'll remember. Well I went to court today, the guy can press charges because I hit him but so can I since he hit me. So niether of us will press charges on battery claims but he gets a year or two of probabtion for attempt grand theft and he spend a month in jail. All I got was 5 hours community service.....woohooo! I'm happy cause the cop on the scene told me 2-3 nights in jail and probabtion/service....oh well the bastard got what he deserved and I don't gotta do much! ;)

i work in the justice department, and i think its shit that you defend your stuff in this way, and can still get charged by a person doing you wrong for protecting you're property. what if he was breking into your house and you did it to protect your family.. what are you supposed to do.

you know what,, this is just people trying to make easy money, the POS lawer defends the guy you belt for busting up your stuff, wins cause you know you hit him and have to plead guilty, lawer gets paid. compensation is made, and you then have to pay out to this sack of shit, so he gets the money for drugs he was after anywayz, and all with the support of the court system.
i fuckin hate freeloaders like that!

did you get out of a conviction? cause that would have really sucked. glad you kept your car and got off with only 5 hours community service.

I lost all my sound gear and some other stuff from my old pulsar when it was broken in to. If i found out who it was i would of f**ked them up big time. In my exa i'm not taking an chances before i put anything in I got a viper alarm installed (and plan to get a pager hooked on to it so I can f**k them up)
