i was wonderring if any SR20DE or SR20DET will fit in the NX??

also anybody knows where i can get(/order) those engines around the states??

u'll need a front wheel drive sr20 (either from a nissan sentra, u12, u13 bluebird etc) .. i actually got a fwd SR20DE for sale.. but im in australia :(

u12, N14, Avenir W10/W11... take your pick!! The only limit is that it has to be from a front wheel drive vehicle first (or so I believe)

I've even heard of someone putting an Sr20 from an X-Trail into an NX, but not sure on the details...

X-Trail would be a waste of time, it is built for a 4wd, 6500rpm redline!!

If it is an 'Egg', then all FWD SR's would be compatible. Turbo the DE for more low end response.

but why u have a perfectly good ca16 sitting there! with all the trouble of making the sr20 fit in u could have rebuilt the ca an given it some power!
