Silvexa i'm not sure if that's true. The Ca-16de motor came with Mitsubishi coils, the ca-18de came with nissan ones. I know that one of them has to be specific because you will find there'll be probs. I rang nissan about this when i was picking up 2nd hand ones for mine

i have the ca16DE.. and i am using nissan coil pack from my ca18de.. works fine ..

ca18de come either with multicoil pack or single coil with 4 sparkplugs wiring.. ;)

oh and btw, ebay is a good place to find coilpack cheap :)
