i cannot see the pictures people post up neither mine, why is this, it suks. am i doing something wrong, please help

no luck, in my thread in multimedia tha photo shop one, i attached 2 photos, for me it comes up as 1 dot which works fine but the other is non existent and so is everybody elses. ?
