What is it i was looking at who was online and normally it says guest but some said Google Spider is that when the do a surch on google to find us???

There once was 126 YAHOO type of members on here... which broke teh record of most online.

Unsure what it really is... some kinda bot (program)

yup, it's a search crawler... same as the inktomi / yahoo one that blood mentioned...

It comes on here and sucks all our bandwidth :P

it does take the old bandwidtch, but when people search for exa, the likelyhood of our site here to be up there is pretty good.

It what search engines like google use to find web sites.

Its quite a common thing. I learnt it at school afew months ago.

u can kinda block them out with a meta tag, but now most web spider things have most of the page urls here it would be kinda tough to stop it all.
