I raced it the other day all the way to adelaide from moana, it's definatly not a exa, i thought it lookes like a crazy cross between a exa and a skyline.

eventually came to the conclushion that its a Gazzel mabey?

Not sure wtf it is but its crazy thats for sure.

still think its a exa base and then its just been chopes and shit!

You can either use metho and rub hard but if your paint is a bit old you might remove what clear you have left on it. your best bet is to try some stuff called citirus spray its all the acids from oranges and lemons and stuff i use it all the time at work on the signs i have to fix up and remake all the time it works really well.
