self drilling screws
some neons come with clips but if the neon doesn't come with clips used irragation hose clips i know it sound tacky but its cheap or you could use brass ones and screw starit into the chassie if you use the self drillng screws there's no need to piolt drill

put the tubes on the inside of the rockers...ie where you cant see them from the side...if the tubes are showing it looks tacky and takes away from the glowing/hovering effect...and use stainless steel self tapping screws as they are less likely to rust and make it easier for removal if you take them to your new ride.

benrys...
you could use "zip-ties, ny-locks, cable ties" what ever they are called but make sure you use thick ones...
i cant think of places to tie them too but i will look under one of my pulsie's tomorrow...
but if you put scews in then take them out and place a bead of silicon over the hole and then re-screw it back in it should not rust...in theory anyways-hehe

Hey,
ben mate, just drill them!!! You remember what happened to your last underbody neon!!! haha Have a look at how many holes are allready under your car - a few tiny, tiny little ones extra aint gonna hurt at all. Nad yeah, use short self tappers.
