hi , i started my car , and this rattle noise sort of like lose bolts rubbing each other noise started coming from the area near the gearbox soon as i press the clutch that rattling noise becomes bigger and when i hit the clutch it feels like its rubbing something a noise comes as i push it , can someone help

It sounds like a bearing of some sort. I'm not that knowledgable of gearboxes but I don't think it's the throwout bearing, that usually makes noise when the clutch pedal is not depressed.

well i let the car run for 10 min drove it to mechanic as i was asking him whats wrong the sound stoped no noise all good now , i dont know? and soon as you put it in a gear the noise would go away , but now no noise what so ever! weired

sounds like your throw-out bearing in your clutch assembly

Sounds more to me like the extra support bracket connecting your rear engine mount to the firewall. There's an adjustable socket (oval shaped instead of o shaped)for the bolt which holds the tension into it. Basically you need to pull the bolt as tightly towards the engine as u can to tighten it. You might've also noticed a slightly sloppier or looser gearbox as this is the engine mount the gear support linkage relies upon.
