my baby blew it's engine

My beast blew it's engine on New Years day , crap start to the year.Do you know anywhere where I can find an engine???I'm in Melb.My exa was a non turbo unfortunatlly ,but I want to turbo it.

mine went just before new years...i was pulling it out around midnight of new years eve-hehe

sorry to hear about your engine, I blew my 1.8 in December also :(

There are definatly a few places to take it to, but I know the guys at Race Zone (03) 9387-4900 well and although they mainly do peformance work, they do work on Exa's a fair bit and know them pretty well. Those guys I'd definatly trust with a rebuild or replacement engine.

What part of Melbourne are you from?

Thanks I bought an imported silva engine with on 60,000 km on the clock.It's getting rebuilt at da moment.

Not that I am bragging at all, although I am surprised to see that my litte 1.6 L will still run with a bent valve.

I seized the cam and bent an intake valve, so I un-seized the cam and put her all back together and she still runs. ablsolutly amazing.

GOTTA LOVE NISSAN

So now I am on the prowel for an engine, or a head. or a whole new car.
