Specs!

Hey guys,

I wanted to know if you guys that are running large systems in ur cars if you can get me a diag of ur setup and specs on ur componentry.

I going to try and do something for the sound forum basically showing what sort of systems produce what sort of sound

and also going to get a setup showing costs for these sorts of setups going from a small setups through to the massive setups that some of u have as well

so all help would be greatly appreciated

If you could email it to me yoda@nex.net.au it will make it easier to sort and collate the info

at the moment all i got in my car is

Head Unit: Pioneer DEH-1350
Rears: Reisen 6x9's i think might be 7x10's as i was told
Fronts: cheap DNA 4" or so splits

But i wanna upgrade to say 2 subs, a nice mp3 deck and whatever else i can afford.

i think i've stressed my front splits to the limits the left one crackles now have to set the speaker balance to like -5 front

well. i put the drill bit through one of the rubbers.. so i got really pissed off and i didn't want to have 1 sub, when i have space for 2.

i'm getting pissed off with the people here who sell Alpine, thus i don't want to buy products from them anymore.

i want to go somewhere else and get away from them brainwashing me.. if you know what i mean.

so. i sold the damaged one for $135 and the good one for $260, now i just have to wait for that money to come in so i can buy another sub.

im not sure exactly what im meant 2 email??? is it a list of my sound equipment?? or do u literally want a picture showing the exact wires running from the head unit 2 each speaker and then each wire running to the amp then from the amp 2 the woofers???

Custom built box (not sure whether I'm goin' sealed or ported yet)
2 10" Kicker Solo-baric L7's

Then I wanna go to a dB drag, find out what dB I'm pushin'.

& redpulsar...do the jbl 2channel amps have 2pairs of rca inputs?

I used Adobe Illustrator, exported it to Photoshop and saved it as a tiff or a jpeg, don't remember which right now...

I'm going to transfer all my crap into my Sentra now, planning on a sunken amp rack, spare tire in the back seat...heh... then I'm going to do one of those curvy assed enclosures for the subs which will face back and upwards in the trunk, cd changer will be in the glove box and everything else mounted normally, no kicker 8" subs this time... Hopefully if I get enough money, I can get an Earthquake PHD2...meh...power... :bat:

i dont know much bout stereos but this is what i got jvc kamellion headdeck jvc 600 watt amp i think 2 12 inch jvc subs dont know how manyy watt they r all i know if they r white and they flash blue in the middle of the sub if u know the ones i'm talking bout
