extractors for 2 litre NX
Can any one give me advice on what extractors, if any, best suit the NX 2 litre and what exhaust system best complements the extractors.

Sorry mate not long had them myself, but the system is a good setup. Some people prefer 2 1/2 inch pipe, but it up to you what you chose :dancin:

It would help a hell of a lot if you told us where you are located, if you are in Sydney cruise over to liverpool exhaust, the guys there are good blokes and will sort you out with a full system installed for under a grand

Hurricane are a good set of headers as far as I know, just had a set fitted to a mates sss pulsar. 2 inch is a good size pipe, some go for 2 1/4 (myself included). At the end of the day if you look round you will find plenty of people who've done either and are happy with them.
2 1/2 is a bit big unless you have some serious mods planned.
Just remeber bigger is louder, and louder aswell as being at times annoying gets you noticed, both by other car owners and Police

i think mine i have a set lying around still somewhere. They are motiv8tors i think.
I would have thought there would be a massive difference in many of the brands. Maybe just the design ie 4-1 or 4-2-1 etc.

The XForce extractors are copies of the Hoshot Gen5 headers, which are very popular headers in the US. I'd go for the XForce over the Genies, and especially over the Hurricanes.
Complement it with a 2" mandrell bent exhaust, or 2.25 if you prefer. Go for 2.5 if you plan to go the hardcore route i.e. headwork, cams and chip.

Thank for all the replies, I had done the comparisons and it appears that the Xforce headers are the way to go, they are stainless steel and reasonably priced, $490.00 fitted. Now all i need to do is wait a month before they become available.

Can I see pics of you guys SR20 headers from down under? All I know is OBX and Hotshot. I have a Stillen header but I am ready to get rid of it.
Also, do they have flexpipes?

Hey PW,
Heres a pic of the X-forces (OBXs). They didnt come with a flex pipe, but all exhaust shops have suitable sized ones to fit.
