weird User CP Stuff

ok well when i change stuff in my user cp (eg the regestered user titile, next mod ect ect) i go to accept the changes and it says that i need to fill in the required feild "What year is your exa/nx" which is filled in. ive tried changing it but it wont fix it. because of this my new settings will not accept.
