is that price for a secondhand one from the wreckers or a new one from a shop? cause if it's for a new one that's a pretty good price. i looked into putting air con in my pulsar and i was quoted $500 or $550 from the wreckers and $1200 SUPLIED from a shop and then i had to get it gas either way which was going to cost me $88. i spoke to dad about it and he reckons that the n14 kit will fit but double check cause i'm not 100% sure

Can be tricky, not all compressors are the same, I have come across 3 different types all on FWD sr20de's if you are handy with a spanner/shifter and know a little about auto electrics, you can adapt almost any to fit, but try and make sure that the pulley on the compressor matches the ones on the engine, otherwise belts can be a bitch, if you need to grab a n14 manual and have a read, also from memory make sure when you get the compressor they also include the 4 bolts that attach it to the engine, they can be a shit to locate dont just use some from bunning cos the do take a bit of bashing believe it or not, good luck
Brett.

If you cant get it on, bring the whole thing to the central coast with a slab and I will give you a hand if its a pain in the arse.
Beer and mods are the best combo.
