nominate a member, and get someone to back the nomination along with the persons aproval

then conduct a poll to see who wins

- the winner will have a portrait of themself on the front page of www.nissanexa.com with a shot of their car

I think the ideas good, but it would most definitely raise the levels of spite around here, and their already high enough. Then you'll have issues when people think they have done more than the last person and are wondering why they haven't one the prize yet.
