Well, i took my NX 2000 for an emissions test and it failed real bad. So i took it to Nissan to have the computer checked (since i have been having stalling problems and thought they were related).

It turns out they are related. My Mass Airflow Sensor (or Airflow Meter) is not working and also my front oxygen sensor is out. Nissan quoted $728cdn ($500 for the sensor itself) for the MAS and $210 for the oxygen sensor, funny thing is I bought the car for $800. Luckily i work at a GM dealership and was able to get a reman. airflow sensor for $243 and an oxygen sensor for $87.

Hopefully it wont have any other problems.

Also, what year Sentras have the same exhaust manifolds as the NX? I need one of those too....

nice phat discounts

I know im digging this thread out of the barrel but I dont see any answers here so...

The exhaust manifold from the pulsar SSS of the same year period 91-94(?) should fit, but take a look at it first

My Canadian neighbor, why are you not on the www.sr20forum.com There are tons of Canadians there to help you out?

As for the MAF, thats waaaaaaay too much. And the O2 sensor? Autozone sells the same exact Bosch sensor for $50.00 USD. The dealer is ripping you off.
You can get a USed MAF if you needed it. Hell, I have one here. I would have jujst sent it to you. MAF's usually do not go bad, it is just a hot wire. If it went bad once there is a possibility it will go bad again.
