after this week of looking for spear rubber and finaly learing how to read the sizes propely, me and a mate come acros some weirdness about the sizes.
i have to different profile types on my car, on the front i ahve 185/60-14 and on the back i have 195/55, i doble checked the thinng on the door and it says both size's,
i am just intrested if anyone else car is like this,
and i found out that i need 215/40/16 for 16"s rims now only if i can scab acople of my mates or get them super cheap. :P

the profile (read: second number) is the height of the tyre in relation to the width.
If you look at your recomended tyre plaque on the nx (im assuming these are NXR rims your tlaking about) there are two trye sizes reccomended, from memory, i think the two you have are the two recommended.
The rolling diameter for both the tyres sizes you mention would be very similar, if not exact (depending on brand / wear etc).
Just means you have slightly wider tyres on the back...... nothing more.

yeah if you wanted 16's on the car the 215 tyre width will be a lil to wide for the front, on the back their ok but under a little bit of load through a corner they will scrub (they did for me) Use 205/40/16 and you wont have any drama's.
Did you want these "drift" tyres for the nx or another car?
