Ok I follow the steps, n turn the screw fully clockwise and guesswhat? nothing happens.. No lights flash or anything..

Help???

Fuckin slut imobiliser. OOps.. My stereo comes on when the immobilisers on but I forgot to turn it off so I did and now the ecu lights come on.. lol

K i get ecu error code 34. Whats that mean? Remeber my car is missing slightly. What is involved in fixing it?

K is that something I can do or is it too hard.. Anyone can tell me where it is.. how to replace it and how much it'll cost.

Your car might not be missing & the detonation sensor might be working fine. Any sort of ongoing misfire problem seems to trip this sensor up. I'd be looking more at a coil pack problem, worn spark plugs, check all wiring etc.

Hey since the sensor relies or noises and vibrations, could it be my leaking header? I mean It is quite loud and my engine vibrates a little. It's getting fixed monday i think so if i reset ecu after that and check if it's still 34.

ok did the check and got the magical 55!~ still i have doubts as to how accurate it is! as my car is hard to start in the morning! take 4-5 turns to get it to work then the revs drop when i accelerate! wats the deaL??

lol biga...

thats tha exact same problem i have AT THA MO!!! i really wish u ppl would read alll tha posts b4 posting! (save space on tha server) but anyway

i'm working on it at tha moment! as soon as i find out what it is i'll let everyone know!!!

So far i'm checking tha timing belt!
Changing tha Spark Plugs
and changing tha fuel filter tomorra!

and if that doesn't work i'll keep trying untill i find out! then 1/2 of tha exa club will have good working Exas once again!

Oh and Biga do u find that u dont have much power (in any gear) below 3000rpm???

(symptoms inc. : Hard starts, Revs drop when trying to 1st accelerate (this is partly due to TPS), and no power below 3000rom) for more info on this PM me!
