I was just wondering, how fast can youz go with 1st gear?
I own a 89 model and it wouldn't go pass 20km and i think i got a problem. Cause one of my friends got a swift 95 model (not the GTi) and i drove it the other day and yep at 1st gear it went pass 20km! I mean surely exas can get more then that.
And the only mod i got on my exa is the exhaust, 2 1/4" cat back with semi-straight muffler.
So how fast are youz getting with 1st gear?
Aight thanx in advance!

Yea at 20km it just stays there and won't go any further no matter how much you push it. And about the afm plug? Sorry man got no idea wat that is and wat it does?
Some more details would b appreciated. And is that the only thing that could cause this problem?
Thanx.

sounds like the massair flow is no good. Thats on the end of the air box in line with the air intake tube. Chveck your codes. That will tell you .:thumbsdow

Take the wire off of the mass air flow and see if it makes a diff. To check the codes you got to read into this car a little bit because it's the hey to keeping it runnung great. This code checking is the way your baby communicates with you and tells you how it feels. Get the book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
