the bar on a GP is slightly curved, to accomodate the lips... but the lips still fit on a standard bar, they just don't look as good... :P

The GP bar is impossible to find, there are none left apart from on most GP editions... nissan do not make it any more...

Correction She was a bit of a lemon the money ive spent on it now that engine is immac just need to fix the passenger door trim on the bottom its a bit screwd apart from that its still as hot as it was the first day i laid eyes on it. There is a pic of it in the body kits thread, it was still lebsta i dont have any on computer of it as SPLICE.

Does illegal drive his car anywhere?? i know ive tryd my best to keep the car at A1 show standard but i still have a few cracked bits of paint where the screws join the front bar to the guard (which im getting fixed). but thats what you get when you DRIVE your car everyday over bumps, potholes etc. Does anyone have any pics of illegal from the out side im real keen to check it out it looks like wicked paint.

n if lebsta is still the same then the engine isnt turbo its an imported engine from japan which is 12kw (i think) more then the stock ca18de...

all NA 1.8 silvias no matter what year are 98kws and they are imported. thats only 6kws more then the exa. i cant see nissan producing 105kw ca18de's and then all of a sudden producing a 2 litre producing the same power.

does anyone know for certain that the imported engines are 105kws.

Ravers exa is shit......the kit sucks,the interior is stock and very old looking and the paint job isnt that crash hot either.the only good thing bout raver is that it is turbo.
Lebsta's exa is ok but......the kit was put on dodgy and doesnt fit well and the paint was done dodgy too.The interior looks good but it is only vinyl which doesnt even compare to a leather interior.Plus if you ask the new owner " Splice exa" he is havin problems with it and said in a previous post that things are starting to fall apart.
As for illegal's exa....it is amazing.Body and paint is great and the interior speaks for itself.
I have seen all the exa's mentioned in person and can honestly say that Illegals exa is way better than both the others.
Im not saying its the best out there but it is the best ive definately seen.And i know alot of people who have seen all 3 in the flesh would also agree.

Lebsta was built god knows how long before your ''ILEGAL'' so there for its one of the first done up exa's..... things are falling apart because they didnt do the job probably... they did it the cheap way... in other words ilegal can start doin things like that soon... depending on how it was built...... the kit is nice...

ravers exa... is nice.... but nothing major done to it but hey... atleast it has a kit on and is turboed.

ilegal only thing nice in ilegal is interior.. if it didnt have that interior the car wouldnt... be talked about dosnt even have a crash hot paint job.

Hey chill, everyone is entitled to a opinion.

my opinion is that people do their car up to wat they like so how can you say that one is better than the other in the owners mind his/hers is always the best because its wat he/she likes. I bought Lebsta because its wat i like, bright paint & interior, big shiny wheels (just wish it would go fast) and a kit that makes it different from any other exa and isnt that wat we r after individuality???

as it was said before my car isnt falling apart i just had engine troubles which im sure every Exa owner has had. But she is imacculate now and i couldnt be happier, she turns the head of every person i drive past and much to my girlfriends disgust it attracts the Ladies.

So lets end this stupid thread, i cant wait to see illegal in hot fours its another one out there campagining for us EXA people saying we r just as good as all those imports.
