polishing the top of the engine

im polishing up the two cam covers on my ca16de and ive got one off and almost finished, but the second one under the throtle body doesnt want to come off, it is loose, but it wont cpme out past the tb, is there a way to remove it without removing the tb or do i have to take it off?

what have you guys done with your cam covers? polish, paint chrome?

get a new throttle body gasket to put it back on as well

Just curious as to how much it costs to get the top of the engine chromed/polished thesedays ?

my rocker is black i believe.. strange material cos it isnt steel or anything, almost feels like TAR
