i wonder what happened to AutoSpeeds Project EXA (http://www.autospeed.com/cms/article.html?&A=0066&P=3)

dunno if im like 3-4 years late finding this but i found it a bit interesting...

Hey,
yeah - it seemed to dissapear into the woods, but yes - it is an interesting read none the less. If you havent seen teh last part - its under fitting different exhausts or something. They put different mufflers on the exa's exhaust (factory mufflers for mlarger sports cars) to see whats the best value for money exhaust. The main part of the story has a elephant testing mufflers with a vacum cleaner!!! dont ask!

the exa project like all their other projects were flops.

the boost controller they made spiked and had varying affects on other cars.

their dash mounted boost gauge made out of pvc pipe melted and dropped over the dash on a hot day

the exhaust they used was from a holden commodore and had barely any performancen gain.

they sold the car after that.
