Is it not possible to use the [img] command in the local sections?

nah cant post pics in the local forums, if you look down below at the botom of the screen on the left it says something like image hosting is OFF which means you cant.

..... mods can post pics anywhere ... so can nrmal members
if u mean attachments.. then yeah.. not everyone can do that
