Work Shop Manual:
To See the shop manual - goto http://pulsarexa.netfirms.com/

This will take you to the table of contents which should in turn take you to each of the sections. Let me know if any of the pages don't show or if you have any problems at all with it.

Each page of the original PDF file was converted to a GIF so that it can be viewed on-line without downloading the full 38M pdf file (not many web host places will allow that big of a file to be posted - at least not for free ;) )

Quality isn't exactly "hi-res" but then again, neither is the original. I could have cleaned it up a bit more but at the cost of size/space and x-fer time. I figure that this is a good middle ground. The text is clear enough to read but you may have trouble with the fine print in *some* of the diagrams.

Thanks goes out to Bruiser for sending me the original pdf.

I am also keeping the original PDF file in my P2P directory if you want to try to grab it thru iMesh (http://www.imesh.com) it isn't always on but you might get lucky - or PM me and I will make sure that it is.

Hope it helps....

Sweet. But it would be handy if someone has a PDF copy of it, anyone got one? I could compile it into PDF but I need the images.

I have a PDF file of the manual also - it is 37M in size. PM me if you want to set up a transfer or just search for it within iMESH - it is called: Pulsar NX EXA KN13 Workshop Manual.PDF

How big is the PDF ziped?

I will zip it and check when I get homoe from work and let ya know but don't get your hopes up - most PDF files are already compressed internally so zipping it won't be able to crunch it much further. I will see what I can do tho - there are a few games to play and tricks to try! ;)

Yah I know. I get users at work asking if they can cram huge files to external people via E-Mail all the time.

What might be an idea is to span the zip into more manageable file sizes.

We really need to get the 1.8 supliment online too.
Not that I need it, but I know there are a few differences. Including ECU and wiring loom, which would have been helpful with my first conversion

If someone has a 1.8L (CA18DE/T) suppliment, send it my way and I will get it posted. I would also love to get it for personal reasons since I have the CA18DE in my Pulsar. If anyone has it, please get in touch with me!!!

I am also in Canada and on MSN now so give me a hail (roshfe@msn.com) on Messenger.

As for the Zip'ing, the "uncompressed" version is 37.0M and the zip'd version is 36.2M - not much difference.
