adding fotos to the gallery

hey guys just wondering what the go is with the gallery
it seems a bit out dated in the b13 section so i thought id
add my car... how do u do that
or is this section soo to be revamped and made nicer?

just add your photos as per instructions in the submissions gallery, and it'll get moved into B13... It just looks empty in there because everyone's shy!!

yeah i cant they ask u to upload from internet sites.. but the pictures
are on my computer
same with trying to add pictures onto my signature.. they ask for server
address;
