thanks bud, what u guys reckon!!! i gotta mesh it up yet, i've got the mesh and cut it all out and crap just waiting till tomorrow to buy some clear silicone to stick it on there! should look way cooler when u cant see the ground, ohh and a word of warning if ur exa happens to be lowered like mine a bodykit may not be for u... speed bumps are more than a problem they are a definately not! and it scrapes on even the smallest driveways, the worst part is trying to find a petrol station that i can fill up at that i wont loose my front bar getting into... otherwise i am extremely happy the bar turned out great and jetspeed were very good to deal with, u should see it in real life... it looks mega mean!!!! cya guys,

I know all too well about lowered with a kit and scrapage....been there done that plenty of times. You just have to learn how to angle it the right way. Been doing it for years.

Yeah, I think burgundy is one of the nicest colours on EXAs.

the colour is slightly different to the stock maroon, it's more of a candy apple red/maroon than a burgandy i reckon, in the sun it shines a really deep red the photo was taken in poor light and doesnt do it much justice. the handcuffs on my rear view mirror are not genuine issue cop ones or anything, they are however, chrome plated metal and work just the same, comes with 2 sets of keys etc. they cost me 25 bucks from an adult/novelty shop! i'll post some more pics up today or tomorrow after i mesh it up... thanks for the comments guys, i was turning so many head yesterday betweeen the front bar, sportsbak and dual cannons... it was sik! cya guys!

hey howie, here is a pic of my car next to mario's (which is currently undergoing a massive makeover) on a bit of an angle, we are pretty lucky to have 2 pretty nice exa's living so close to each other. with the headlights, they are wound down, HOWEVER!!!! i have discovered a way that is perfectly safe!! and u can wind them without catching ur fingers! i sent a little how-to to warren so if u wanna know how to do it just bug him to put it up on the site or get it off him and put it up urself! cya mate,

what i do is i just disconnect the motors plug behind the headlight and then just wind the lights up to the desired height.

iv got tha burgondy colour exa too, and i rekkon its more candy appel, i also get that deap red that Exaterrestrial says just after i was it and its in the sun, looks awesome. i attached a pic of mine @ night, notice how the front light seems to be more redish wen the light is on it.

yeah i dunno exactly which colour it is apparently nissan used around 9 different shades of maroon while they built our exa's? either way it looks pretty schmick! BIG UP TEAM MAROON EXA!

well ive notice that there are alot of exas ive seen so far with diffirent shades of burgundy which is mysteriously interesting also a fact is that alot of nissans come in burgundy ive seen a few 300zx's and sentras burgundy i guess thats Nissans color :cool:

would this have anything to do with the exa being a sort of parts-bin car???they possibly just used any burgandy/maroon colour they had left from the other nissan models??

yeah like that howie, wen my bro gets home with the camera ill snap off another shot, coz its dark now and with the lights i was gettin a nice deap red, and i just cleaned my wheels with this special stuff so its looking sik :), the burgondy goes up really well with shiny big wheels, blends in nicely. I had a brain wave the other day of spraying the back spoiler thingy silver and gettin silver GP skirts put on, how do you all think that would look?somthing differnt and i think with the wheels it would go nicely

sorry dude, that price doesnt include fitting or painting, it'll cost approx andother 200 to fit and paint depending on where u get it done.

sides and rear are definately on the list then some big filthy chromies! just waiting on $$$ should be sweet tho. i'll post up progress as it happens, dont hold ur breath but, i work part time and i'm still at skool so i struggle for funds but all my pay goes into the car so it aint so bad. ohh yeah and i reckon lebsta's bar would look sweet on my car caz i got dual cannons, and i'll put chrome bars through it to break up the mesh a bit. but i dont want the new bar if it has no holes for my exhaust... we'll see, cya mate,
