Hey
I reckon it would be cool if you could ahve 2 avatar pics... one which is just your avatar and one which is an actual photo of yourself... as a follow on from the 'photo of yourself' thread which seems to have become quite popular.
And yea when you move your mouse over the avatars have it change to the picture of yourself...
But then theres not really a big advantage and probably no-one can be bothered coding it. :)

sounds allright to me, it doesnt have to be big... and it would help to give the forum a more personal feel.
