E15 same as E16?

Hey all,
I got a question. I bought a spare parts pulsar with a e15 (non turbo), currently I am working on my E16, so I was wondering if I could use some parts of the E15. Like lifters, maybe cam, springs.


Also If anyone has turboed an E16 please let me know what happened.

apparentley ya can even use the e15 turbo on the e16 !! :)

similar - not the same. Most parts are tansferable - but be carefull!!! What rumors are you talking about Craig? LOL Stick with your SR's!!!!

crank and rods are different, but most up top can be used including head, cam, rockers, etc. Just make sure you use your e15 cam pulley if you use the e16 cam, the cam is the same but the pulley is different i think.... maybe they are same just the mark is in a different possition...hmmm cant remember.
manafolds will bolt up, and therefore turbo will bolt on, although this doesnt mean the motor will last very long.
