18's yes or no?

im heaps keen to buy rims within the next week or soo coz ive saved enough, but do i want big or really big?????

really big lol depends on how good your roads are up there. some people have had troubles with 18's and some have not. depends on which tyres you put on.

i wouldnt think so. if anything it would probably be minor stuff. im doin Bronz 17's, but not low-pro. 18 would be too much i think but im not entirly into the huge rims. simple and sleek for me :thumbsup:

u will have to roll the gaurds i would say if u buy the correct offset in theory u shouldnt need to belt the struts lol

far as replacement tires go there's a massive difference, gettin 14" are now more expensive than 15", quoted $760, 16" is more expensive than 17" with a $1100 quote, not entirely sure how much 18's were but really depends just how much $$$ u wanna blow in the future...

go 17"s they are a bit smaller but you can get some really nice ones that wont fuck wid your steering

18's would be sweet and id love them but the ride would not be very nice... im riding on 17's atm and its already a rough enough ... but then im also in tassie and we have the worst roads in aust !

even if you didn't need to roll the guards id so it anyway... would look sweet!

Yeh, I am riding 18x7.5' Rossi Scorchers on 215/35Z R18s and I haven't had any trouble, i had the guards rolled and they ride a dream....if anything they still look small

i had 18" on my exa it did not scrub out once even if i had 4 people in the car but i got hardend suspension and shocks and tha gards rolled a bit

the silvia's were 4x 114.3
