Just to tell ya that Debdeb and I will be croozing over to Adelaide on the Australia day weekend. If your interested, post below. There is no real reason for the trip, 'cept to meet some more Exa peeps, but anyone who wants to come get in contact with me and we'll crooze there together.
(Debdeb is my co-pilot so that seat is taken)

Depart Melb. at 6 pm on Friday 24th Jan.

my boss called me today and told me that i no longer have a job...I new it was coming because i work with farmers and there is just no bussieness with the drought and all...

so this mean that i have to think about the possibility of moving back in with my olds... which is about an hour from adelaide so im going to die!!1

anyways ill get to the point... if i dont have a new job in the next 2 weeks im going to have no choice but to move in with them... so this means that you are not going to be able to stay with me while you are over here

Hmmm, yea - are the numbers gonna work? Not sure If I'll hae enough finances to drive my baby over - especially seeing I can only fit one fuel money chipping in person in... But hey, if needed, I can really hit the spending brakes... the old girl may run inmto trouble along such a trip - so I would need to bring all tools, a few spares and a lot of glue! How far is adelaide from here??? About 600-700 kays? Mainly 100km/h highway stuff? If so, I guess thats only about $60 each way (in a loaded up N12, with a very fuel hungry motor!!!) plus about another $60 worht of fuel there... so total of $180 (passenger could chip in a bout $40-$50???, so say $130, plus food ,$190 plus you gotta have access to a few hundred incase of emergency and thats where I'll fall short after paying my stupid rego... Still possible though... Just think she will break down!

The transport workers agreed schedule, lists the distance between Melb. and Adelaide as 729ks
sitting at 100 kays will take us 7hrs and 17minutes :P
mine is at about 6-7 kays per litre.
so I'll need just over 2 tanks to get there.
thats about 100 bucks worth of fuel each way! shit i had better start saving!

hehe - told ya!!! If I do end up in the back of yours (most likely) I am more than happy o pay a percentage of teh fuel, up back and while we are there... Its only fair man! Plus do you have teh ability with the haltech to make complete fuel map changes? with the microtech (if Im running low on juice and have no money) I go to the Fuel trim page and can alter my entire fuel map up or down in percentages.. Drop it down like 15% (or till you hear pinging, lol) and drive very, very softly. Its amazing how much extra yu an squeeze from a tankthis way.. Mind you, if you wanna race someone or what not, make sure you remember to put it back up to normal!!!

I took warren and i 8 1/2 hours to get back from melbourne and that was with 3 petrol stops and a food stop and not speeding . but ill come and mmet you whenever doesnt matter what time as long as you call me and let me know.

Japanese Motorsport... well what can i say the guys there are wankers!!!!! Yeah they dosome crazy shit to cars but good luck talking to them if you rock up in your exa... theres nothing interesting there but well take you there if you really want to go.

Also are you all up for a night on the town on saturday night... I have a 21st to go to but should be finished ther eby 2ish. My houser is like 5 minutes from the center of Adelaide so driving is no probs it cist 10 bucks in a taxi and with a full taxi thats like 2bucks each or some shit.
So yeah let me know anyways.
