Hey,
really? Bugz... Um, you should be able to buy the adaptor (dongle) from anyone who sells new microtechs. Only thing I would be worried about is that your Microtech doesnt have teh drivers fro the laptop loaded on it. Might be worth ringing up Maztech or something and asking them about both: 1. How much for adaptor 2. If there is a way to see if your ECU has the drivers installed on it.

if it has a denotion of LT8 (ltx8) then it has drivers installed for dongle action , the dongles are available from any authorised agent , the software is pretty shit but does the job, these ecus are version 2 ,they have 4 sequential inj outputs not 2 like te early ones.


hey boostin even though ours are mt8 youll notice that on lappy its ecu designation is LT!

a good indication without dongle is handset abilty to datalog...

all new post '02 mt/lt are datalogger + lappy capable (they call em lts now) but mt has stuck for brand/product

the dongle was $ 150 with disks but got it with a deal.

yeah - I knew ours was a bit different with the MT8 sticker... As ours is really the new LT8 version. We must have got them just as they had updated or something...
