Wat is the cheapest way to get more speed out of my machine

HI pplz
Im kinda new to all this so just bear with me. 4 weeks bak i just bought my Exa off my mate. I pretty sure it is a 1984 model andf i looked under the hood and it said
Type:KHN12
Model:KHN12HFTMD 13 (Does this mean anything??)
Engine:E15(ET)
Apparently he has changed the original Turbo to a T28??? and he changed the exhaust to i think a 3 im not sure

Now to my question wat should i do to get more speed out of my beast? im thinking of maybe changing the filters and maybe putting in a boost gauge and controler as well as a blow off valve. Would it be worth it?

thx guys,
but i just wanna get that same feeling u get when u first drive the car and u get that wicked feeling of the turbo boosting in. So i guess im really looking for more acceleration. :mafia:
Is there any definate way to tell if my turbo is a T28?? ill try and get a pic soon
I also need a muffler because i think my beast is drawing abit to much attention:3finger: (cops)
