Different places will charge different amount. The best thing to do is to shop around, gather up different prices and check for quality of work. What type of material are you looking to have in the car? That will also change the cost

cheapest way to do it would be...
paint all plastic yourself with plastic primer and then paint it...
recover all black vinyl with white vinyl...IE. doors etc...
then take the fabric off the seats...find someones mom to match the pattern and sew the things up out of what ever fabric you like then get her to sew the hooks in as well...then put the new covers back on the seats and voila...
my mom does crap like this all the time for my friends but we are all the way up here-hehe
T
it's actually quite funny...her sewing room is like my shop!!!
she has a machine for every type of thread-hehe

Just like TTriX said all the plastic stuff you want white you should be able to do yourself. It's fairly easy to do. Take the parts out that you want to have painted, clean them up with degreaser and let it dry. A few coats of primer sanding it a little in between coats then move on to the paint doing the same thing.....few coats sanding in between. Top it off with clearcoat finish to protect the paint and give it a little more shine.

Interiors would look better with 2 colours rather than one. Whatever the exterior colour of your car is should be your secondary colour on the inside. My exterior is burgundy and white so my interior is burgundy and white as well. I have a few pics of my interior showing what I have done so far with the 2 colours.

It's your choice, I would accent it some with the yellow inside but it should be good. Sorry I don't have an estimate cost for the covering. I need to find out what it would cost for the material for my car. I plan to cover everything myself except for the seats....that will be done professionally. Cheers.

Generally the best way to do it is have two colours like NX EXA said. A neutral colour that is used for most stuff, like white, black, tan, or grey. And then for highlights use your exterior body colour, or a metal like an alloy- or chrome-look.
