n12 stud pattern is: 4x144.3
n13 stud pattern is :4x100

As for offsets, I have no idea. Heiu is the man there...

offset is +18 which is the same as the earlier model dattos (1600s) dont bother too much with the offsets, as long as it fits, doesnt stick out too much and with a 5mm spacer, rolled guards and the usual mods still fits under the guards then go for it.
