radiator fan not working

Hey everyone my right hand radiator fan isn't working ( the small one) any ideas on how to fix that. I have got it to work running direct power to it so it isnt the fan

smaller fan is actually for the air conditioner condensor.

turn on the air conditioner and it should run. UNless your air cond doesn't work.

Yeh I no I got the air con got fixed the other day and he told me it doesn't work so I got a working one from the wreckers but it still doesn't come on with the aircon so maybe somewhere in the wiring or the relay. Any1 no what relay it is?
