Those lights aren't real. They are painted on, or stickers or something.

They might be stickers but its more than possible.You'd need to cut the bottom half of the covers away & adjust the headlight bracket so the light is pointing straight & out of the gap. Might be easier than we think. Otherwise, does anyone know if the 180sx or S13 Silvia has the same sized lights? Because there are a few twin beam conversion kits out for those which look awesome.
If you had to do it all custom i'd guess around $600-800 to have some brackets made up, some glass or perspex molded to go where the headlight covers are now & new lights as well (you would want to add some with parkers as well probably).

anywayz back 2 headlights ive seen a pis before of an exa with silvia headlights (S13 i think, the 91 model ones) and they looked so cool!!!!! but i really dunno what the advantage would be?? sheesh theyr headlights and they help u see in the dark!
