Custom Exhaust Manifold, Radiator

Hi, how much would it cost for a custom exhaust manifold that would make replacing the turbo MUCH easier?
and how much would it be to recore or whatever the stock radiator to make it like new?

around the 600 mark for a manafold depending what its made from.

radiator recore will be around $270, its three core and bloody huge!

o exhaust manifold makes putting a bigger turbo on easier.. t2-t25-t28 all have the same exhaust inlet so no point changing if its just for that reason.

i have an 83 exa and it is bl00dy hard to take the turbo off. the bolts on the underside i have a hard time takin off.
actually how do u guys take the turbo off?

Have you got a low mount AUS manifold, or being in Japan, a JAP manifold? I can only speak for the low mount AUS, but it should slide straight off after you take the nuts off, you have to get under the car. Even my T25 slides off without hitting the radiator.

oh yeah i can get the exhaust portion bolts off. but the manifold bolts cant seem to reach the inner ones. do i need specially shaped tools or what
