ECU and idling problems

hi all

ive got a CA18DET top mount intercooled engine from a U12 Bluebird and it wont hold revs, idle properly, wont go past 2000rpm, and therefore wont boost!
I did a ECU error check and got the errors .... 2,12,55?

what are these codes mean
do u guys think u might know what the problem is?

12 Mass Air flow meter circuit
55 No malfunction (all normal)

yeah,
just clean ya AFM ( air flow meter )
it is near the air box unit.. a small black box loooking thing..
clean contacts ect...
then u can go past 2000 RPM
