I only noticed last night when i was driving at night when i pulled over that my brake lights were staying on. They go off when i reset the computer by leaving the battery disconnected for a while or by quickly flicking the brakes.
Any clues?

sounds liek the little switch at the top of your brake pedal is sticking.

I had a similar problem, mine was not the switch but a small plastic "striker" that hit the switch. It had gotten old and cracked, and wasn't hitting the button any more. Cheap fix, got a new one from the dealer for less then a dollar, popped right in to the bar above the brake pad, where the old one used to be.
