ECU trouble, plz help!!!

Ok i tried to remap the ECU in the n13 but the address file is different to the s13.

Now the car is not starting. Im not sure yet but does anyone have a spare ECU for sale or maybe borrow

I don't know a thing about this topic but I do dabble in HEX. I'm gonna do a search on the Internet tomorrow to see if I can find another program... I vaguely remember someone in perth posted the ROM for the CA18DE ecu somewhere.

If you're really stuck .... call chiptorque or fueltronics to see if there is anything you can do.

i have read off the original DE ROM.

I also have a DET and mines DET ROM images.

Problem is that the address file for s13 and n13 are different so i cant load the maps onto n13. I cant even tinker witht the n13 map with out the correct address file.

What i need is to try my ECU (with original DE map) in someone elses car or to borrow an ECU off some1 to try in my car.

At the moment I am not sure what is wrong.

It's odd as this site says the CA18DE and DET address files are the same.

Can anyone in perth help him out?? We might get a wicked ROM for the EXA out of this!

Howie.... i can get 'tweaked' and also custom roms done.... simple 'upgraded' roms are about $35 including the socket to wire in.

Lonx, to tweak then do you use "ROMEditor"?

If so you must have the address file for the n13?

To me at the moment it is a jumbeled mess of data.
