I appear to have a clicking noise coming from the RHS front wheel area when turning left.
I am assuming it is a CV Joint on the way out.
Has anyone had a drive shaft replaced recently, and if so, how much can I expect to pay to have one replaced?
Thanks

if you are mech inclined in the least you could do it your self...it's quite easy.
the hardest part is to split the ball joint with out breaking the rubber.
there is a way to split it with out using a fork (which is what usually breaks the rubber), special tool is 32mm 1/2 drive socket-i believe,
if interested get back to me and i can describe details.

I do not know where you are from, but I replaced mine myself, and it was cheaper to buy the entire shaft, than it was to buy just the cv joint.

I got mine done at Pedders, $180 a side if i remember correctly for the entire DriveShaft and CV+Boot

I had the whole driveshaft replaced, was $160/side fitted with 2 yr 100,000kms warranty.

I'm in Melbourne.
