Need Help

Hi , i bought a gearknob from Repco today , but i cant take out my old one out to put the new one in how can i take it out iv tried pulling it out , still no go , so can someone tell me how i can change it and put the new gear knob in :) thanks

cutting it to make the stick shorter craig.

Vrom just keep trying to twist it off like b00st said. Mine was hard to screw off but it finaly come undone. I think they used some type of locktight on them mine had a white powder stuff on the stick once i taken it off.

So just keep grabing the black bit the actual gearstick and twisting it towards the steering wheel , iv done that still no go damn it

anti clockwise so turn it from the drivers side to the passenger side.

hehe yea anit clockwise its turning it towards the passenger side from the drivers side :P
