Try NGK's website. Otherwise go to your local Auto shop and they can tell you.

Do those plugs realy make that much of a differnce? I've been useing the Bosch Platinum plug and I've never had a prob with them. They last longer then the NGK's but in power, I don't see a diff.I've had them last me 129000k miles and when I took them out they looked just like the new ones I bought.

I've bought two sets of NGK Platinum's for around $68-73/set from Autopro. I think Nissan only sell them for about $80/set.
The iridium's will work just as well if not better as Iridium has less electrical resistance than Platinum. Their 'rated' life may be about 10 - 20 thousand k's less but your car will certainly not lose power with them. They have been proven to provide a very small gain (like 3-4kw on a 200 - 300kw car) over platinum but its nothing worth raving about.
