Need Help Please

hey everyone...i have an 87 exa which seriously needs some work. the acceleration is basically screwed...it used to ping really bad but now it wont rev over 2000rpms. i'm pretty sure the fuel and air is flowing right so i'm guessing its something electrical. anyway if anyone at all has any ideas i'd really appreciate it coz i need to get it running again and i love my exa. thanks alot.

Yeh man it's tha MAF or AFM which ever one U call it! ;) but basically check the connections if that doesn't work take it off and have a look inside! there is a sensor inside it that can break! u need to replace it!

im not really sure but you can try the ecu diagnostic to see whats wrong. Yeah it sounds like your Airflow meter.

mmm ECU dont allways tell ya...

it said 55 for me all that time i 1st had troubles! When i knew something was wrong but i found out what the problems were eventually!
