what is the fuse inhibit for, it is beside the radiator fan

If it is an automatic trans, then it containes both back up and neutral safety switches. Back up for the back up lights to work when its put into reverse and neutral saftey switch so it won't start unless it is put in park or neutral.
If you have a manual trans, then I have no idea.

acorrding to the glossary at the back of my mechanics book, inhibitor =chemical the prevents or delays reaction

so im guessin umm ... its could be these things where they are called slow blow fuses, they dont straigh away blow, they gradually burn out


but wat misst said sounds about right
