I blew the timing belt a few weeks ago and have been without my beloved car since. I have replaced the belt but as expected all the valves are bent and the head needs doing. If anyone knows where i could get these parts and how much should i be paying as i dont have much experience with cars could you please help it would be greatly appreciated!!!

da price of all ur head work is goin too be real expensive.. new valves, machining, etc... its probably just easier to get a reco head from an engine reconditioner or just buy a new ca18de... while ur at it u may as well think of slammin in a ca18det

What other changes would be required to make it a Ca18det

it would be easier to buy a ca18det than make a ca18de into a ca18det

Thats ok i dont want the speeding fines that go with the extra speed.
Is there anything else i need to do or is it a case of taking the old one off and the putting the new one on
