My remote central locking has suddenly today stop talking to my NX - worked to open the car but wouldn't lock after parking. By locking and opening car with key the central locking mechanism still locks and opens both doors - but the led display on dash doesn't respond nor do usual light flashes and obviously car won't immoblise and flash led indicator that car secured. Remote leds still operating - batteries new.

From other net search tried to reset remote (insert key 6 times.....turn key x times from off to acc etc. etc.) no luck.....

Any other ideas anyone? - saw a few things on here about the dash fuse box over the accelerator pedal - does that sound likely? - if so, wtf do I do Be easy - me not a car techie!....
